Sorry, everyone, but due to some complications with the computers I will only have a short time to write my letter so I am going to be super quick!

I just want to share an experience that happened while I was on an exchange with Elder Knecht who is our new AP. While on our exchange we went to go and visit a member who Elder Knecht had only visited one time. SO finding her house was really quite difficult, ha ha. But as we were looking he felt impressed to take a road he didn't recognize and we ended up finding it! Then we knocked on the door and a man told us the women we were looking for was not there. Well immediately as we started to leave, she walked around the corner! We were very blessed to catch her, because we were planning on coming earlier, and we were a little late, so if we weren't late we wouldn't have seen her. Then she told us that she had just come from the temple because she is a new ordinance worker there. 

We sat down and had a short lesson and we talked about when Alma met his missionary companion Amulek. We talked about how we need help from members who know the people in order to be able to teach successfully. Once we finished she said, "Alright Elders! Let's go to work!" Well guess what?? She took us to eight investigators to teach! They were people that she was well acquainted with and she had wanted them to learn the gospel for a very long time. Well after going and seeing everyone she took us to go meet a few more people but we weren't able to teach them. SO at the end of the day she referred us to over ten friends who wanted to learn more about the gospel. She hadn't been home all day. She woke up, went to the temple, came with us to go and teach and she didn't go home until around seven in the evening. Brothers and Sisters, that is a member of the church who has been converted to the Lord. 

I encourage you all to have that same love and desire for this church and help this work move on either here or beyond the veil. GO to the temple often, and try to help the missionaries. I know the Lord will bless you all. I love you all so much and hope you have a great week!

Hats are nice to have (with Elder Sebuliba) Alright everyone, I am 1 month down. It's kind of crazy to think it's been this fast! I love it here so much! Ok so this week has been insane. We got our new companions and our areas of service on Wednesday. I was assigned to open a new area called Akati. No missionary has set foot there and most people haven't seen a white man so they all are saying "Yevoo yevoo!" (means white man in Ewe, there native tongue). So to get there we had to go take the local transport system called Trotro's. A trotro is a big van that civilians just drive and are trying to get cash. It's insane. So we found a trotro at a trotro station going to a place near our mission. So we got in the trotro and waited an hour for it to fill up. We were pretty much cooking in it haha. Busy, busy work week here!

This is one of the missionaries in our apartment. His name is Elder Wehyee from Liberia. We came back and found him like this yesterday, ha ha. Man this last week was probably one of the busiest weeks we have had so far! We had so many lessons to go to this week it was insane! People were actually wanting us to come and see them, so much so, that they were actually calling us! Happy Mother's Day!!!

This little girl is so adorable, ha ha! May 14th, 2018 I know that Mother's day was yesterday but anyone who reads this I just want you to know how amazing all of our Mothers are! I mean they give birth to some of the biggest knuckle-heads *cough *cough...me, ha ha. But seriously though, you Mom's are absolutely amazing! You have raised us in the church our entire lives and taught us everything we need to know in order to follow our Savior the best we can. I love reading the story of the 2,000 stripling warriors because they specifically say that their mothers taught them to be faithful and to remember the Lord always. Just as you have all done. I love you all and just want to thank you for giving all of your children your time and devotion to raise us in this world today.
