Elder Baird's computer froze and his letter got deleted before he could send it. He was out of time at the computer so there is no letter for today. I did find these pictures that Sister Keyes posted on Facebook of an Ashaiman Zone Activity that Elder helped to organize for the ward. These were taken before the activity began. :)

Taking a break on a kart that was just on the side of the road. Hello everyone. Man! I have been in Ghana for over 1 month already! It is honestly so crazy to see how fast time goes by! It honestly feels like I just got here and I'm already down to 23 months left. When you are working and earnestly trying to serve the Lord the time goes by really quick and it is so nice to feel that blessing! Ok, my week has been crazy! We couldn't drive from Dzodze to Akatsi (pronounced Ah-cot-see) every day last week so we stayed and did splits on Wednesday and Thursday. We got to teach a lot of members and it was really cool to meet such strong people! One lesson there was a lizard running on the roof, which are made of metal, and it's such a loud sound from it's talons scratching on the metal! It freaked me out at first, to be honest, haha! Merry Christmas yesterday and Happy New Year!

My Mission President gave me some steaks to grill while staying in the mission home. :)  I have to say, I made them nice! :) Well hello everyone!!  I hope you all had a good Christmas because I sure did! I got to talk to my wonderful family! I will be honest though, it's not easy saying goodbye to them. You don't realize how much you miss your family until you have to leave them for 2 years. This is a time to be with family everyone and keep them close to you because when we pass on, they are the ones we are going to be with forever. First African tie :) This last week was pretty rough though ha ha. I was in the mission home all week from Monday until Saturday. I was doing tests in the hospital because they thought there were some issues in my heart. Well, after all the tests they found that nothing was wrong with it so thank goodness for that! So I am doing OK!  ....and my second African tie. :) I might come home with a lot of these ha ha! ...

Best Sunday ever :)

Cleaning the font, ha ha. I am sporting a new style. It looks great right? :p Well, let me just say, this past week we worked like animals. We were going all over the place trying to get people to come to church. We went and visited everyone who said they would come every day..... but it paid off! Before I talk about Sunday, I will share a funny/sad story, ha ha. We were biking on a dirt road going to meet with some investigators and I generally like to bike really fast, ha ha. I always get to the people's house just ahead of my companion. When I stopped, I greeted the people and then I looked back to check on my companion. As I looked back I saw him flying over his handlebars and slamming down on the ground! I was in shock! I didn't understand what had happened! I asked my companion if he was okay.
