So this is my mission family so far, ha ha. Elder Nybo on the far left trained Elder Sebuliba who was my trainer and Elder Sebuliba trained Elder Khanga and I. Elder Nybo goes home this week. He is also from Kaysville. :) So I will see him in 20 months! How is everyone doing?? I hope everyone is doing good at home! I am doing great over here!! SO this last week was pretty interesting. I will start with the really cool part. We are teaching a lady and her name is Mabel. She owns a shop that just sells sodas and other stuff like that. We met her the first day that I was here in Akatsi. After we met her, she went and traveled, then she got sick and lots of other stuff happened so we stopped seeing her for a bit. We are now teaching her a bunch and it's going really well. We taught her the Plan of Salvation this week. Let me just say, that was super cool because the whole time she was so involved. Sick still! 8-26-2019

Trip to Elder Smith's old area called Suhum this past Tuesday.  Last week I was still sick clear up until Thursday night. Let's just say that, it was quite a miserable week going up and down for transfers and trying to go and see my investigators. But! We make do with what we are given right? SO this past week we had the chance on Friday to start teaching two referrals that live with some members. One is named Israel and the other is named Jordan. While we were teaching them they were both asking such wonderful questions. For example, Israel asked, "You are asking us to pray and know the truth like Joseph Smith and I want to and I am ready to learn if it is true, but how did you receive your answer when you were in my situation?" I sat there for a second and said to myself, how did I come to know it's true? Well the specific experience came to my head and I had the chance to share it with him.
